The scheme was established in 2015 to be the welfare fund of RNRL and is open to the entire RNRL family, players, coaches, committee members, veterans, family members and supporters.

The scheme has supported the RNRL family through grants to the annual awards dinner, the reunion dinner, team bonding activities, as well as one off grants to support PTBP members.
