The lull before the storm(s)!

At least four storms are forecast for the Burnaby Road area tomorrow, the first, Storm Ali should blow through by 1500, after that the remaining storms will be on the pitch as the action kicks off with the Ladies fixture.

Currently the players from both sides are relaxing ahead of tomorrow’s crucial last phase of the 2018 Inter Services series. The RAF have had some sea time having been on the Gosport ferry today but are now holed up in Fort Blockhouse, formerly HMS Dolphin home to the RN conventional submarine fleet whilst the RN players are at their usual accommodation in HMS Temeraire

Final confirmation then of kick off times
Ladies -1500
Academy- 1700
Seniors- The Dog Watch Trophy 1930

Admission remains free to all spectators both civilian and service with the bar open from 1600, unfortunately plans to have a bouncy castle at USSG have been shelved in view of the forecasted weather throughout the day tomorrow

We look forward to seeing yo there for another Burnaby Road day of Inter Servcices Rugby League
